  • 120 g popcorn kernels

  • 15 ml coconut oil

  • 10 g sea salt

  • 5 g ground cinnamon

  • 15 g coconut sugar

  • 30 g fresh lemon zest

  • 15 g chopped fresh chives

  • 15 g nutritional yeast

  • 1 g ground cayenne

  • 30 g almond butter

  • 30 g honey, softened in a microwave first

  • 30 g dark chocolate chips

  • 30 g crushed pistachios

  • 30 g dried cranberries or raisins

How to make Pop it like it's hot popcorn.

  1. Heat a couple of popcorn kernels with the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. \

  2. Cover the saucepan with a lid and wait for the initial kernels to pop; this indicates the heat is just right. \

  3. Once the pan is hot enough, add the remaining popcorn kernels and replace the lid. \

  4. Carefully shake the saucepan as the kernels pop until they have all popped. \

  5. Transfer the popcorn to a bowl and toss it with the salt. \
