These molten chocolate chunk brownies are a decadent vegetarian treat that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Ingredients for Molten chocolate chunk brownies
150 g plain flour
75 g cocoa powder
130 g brown sugar
290 g caster sugar
175 g unsalted butter, melted, cooled
5 ml vanilla extract
3 eggs
125 g dark chocolate, chopped
How to make Molten chocolate chunk brownies
Place the flour, cocoa powder, both sugars, butter, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
Add the chocolate and stir to combine.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 140°C).
Lightly grease a 20 cm square baking tin and line it with non-stick baking paper.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared tin.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until the brownie is set and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Allow the brownie to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm, or leave to cool completely in the tin.
