  • kosher salt (to taste)

  • 720 ml plain unsweetened coconut milk yogurt or Greek yogurt

  • 2 ripe mangoes, thinly sliced

  • toasted nuts (for serving)

  • seeds (for serving)

  • unsweetened shredded coconut (for serving)

How to make Caramelized plantain parfait
