  • 480 g fruit (such as mango, pineapple, watermelon, or honeydew), frozen

  • 45 ml fresh lime juice

  • 2.5 ml kosher salt

  • 30–45 ml agave nectar or 15 ml honey or pure maple syrup

  • 480–720 ml coconut water or water

How to make Peak-season slushies

  1. Blend the fruit, lime juice, salt, agave syrup, 500 ml coconut water, and 500 ml ice in a blender on high speed, adding more coconut water as needed, until very smooth.

  2. Taste the slushy mixture and add more agave syrup if desired.

  3. Divide the slushy among glasses and serve immediately.
