This high-protein dish offers a vibrant twist on a garden classic, inspired by the bright and zesty flavours of Cuban mojo sauce. Instead of traditional condiments, these all-beef hot dogs are dressed with a warm infusion of garlic, citrus juices, and cumin. The combination of savoury grilled meat and the sharp, aromatic sauce creates a sophisticated profile that elevates a simple barbecue staple into something truly special.
Perfect for an easy weekend lunch or a quick evening meal, these hot dogs are topped with creamy avocado and sweet pineapple for a refreshing contrast. The shredded romaine lettuce adds a necessary crunch, making this a balanced and satisfying choice. Serve these at your next gathering for a homemade touch that is sure to impress guests looking for a fresh, fruit-forward alternative to standard toppings.
