Ingredients for Yogurt and spice roasted salmon

  • 500 g skinless salmon fillet, cut into 4 cm cubes

  • 60 ml Greek yogurt

  • 15 g garlic granules

  • 15 g rose harissa

  • 5 g ground turmeric

  • 5 g paprika

  • zest of 1 unwaxed lime, juice to taste

  • 5 ml olive oil

  • to taste Maldon sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper

  • tortilla wraps

  • sliced tomatoes

  • finely sliced onion

  • coriander leaves

  • 60 ml Greek yogurt (optional)

How to make Yogurt and spice roasted salmon

  1. Preheat your oven to the highest setting (220–250°C), using the fan if available.

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  3. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  4. Add the salmon to the marinade and turn until well coated.

  5. Spread the salmon out on the prepared baking tray and roast for 10 minutes, until cooked through.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla wraps, tomatoes, finely sliced onion, coriander leaves, and Greek yogurt.
