Ingredients for Yogurt and spice roasted salmon
500 g skinless salmon fillet, cut into 4 cm cubes
60 ml Greek yogurt
15 g garlic granules
15 g rose harissa
5 g ground turmeric
5 g paprika
zest of 1 unwaxed lime, juice to taste
5 ml olive oil
to taste Maldon sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper
tortilla wraps
sliced tomatoes
finely sliced onion
coriander leaves
60 ml Greek yogurt (optional)
How to make Yogurt and spice roasted salmon
Preheat your oven to the highest setting (220–250°C), using the fan if available.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add the salmon to the marinade and turn until well coated.
Spread the salmon out on the prepared baking tray and roast for 10 minutes, until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla wraps, tomatoes, finely sliced onion, coriander leaves, and Greek yogurt.
