Use this combination with caution. If you need to take them together, do so for the shortest time possible and take the ibuprofen with food. Seek medical advice immediately if you notice signs of stomach bleeding, such as very dark or 'tar-like' stools, or if you vomit blood (which may look like coffee grounds). If you have a history of stomach ulcers, speak to your doctor before taking ibuprofen.
