Why this happens
Lion's Mane primarily contains compounds called hericenones and erinacines which focus on brain health and nerve growth. Turkey Tail is rich in polysaccharopeptides (PSK and PSP) which focus on supporting the immune system. Because they target different systems and are not known to interfere with the liver enzymes that break down supplements, they do not clash.
What you should do
It is generally safe to take these together. However, as with any supplement, start with a low dose to ensure you do not have an individual sensitivity or digestive upset. If you are taking blood-thinning medication or have an upcoming surgery, consult your doctor first, as many medicinal mushrooms can have a very mild effect on blood clotting.
