This spicy spinach linguine is a vibrant and aromatic vegetarian dish that brings plenty of punch to the table. By infusing high-quality extra-virgin olive oil with minced garlic, crushed red pepper, and heaps of fresh basil, you create a fragrant base that perfectly coats every strand of pasta. The addition of a crisp dry white wine adds a sophisticated acidity, balanced by the salty depth of aged Pecorino Romano cheese.

Ideal for a quick weeknight supper or a relaxed weekend lunch, this homemade pasta recipe is both comforting and light. The use of spinach-infused pasta adds a subtle earthiness and beautiful colour to the plate, making it as visually appealing as it is delicious. Serve this zesty dish with a side of crusty bread to soak up any leftover garlic oil.
