This elegant seafood linguine is a wonderful way to enjoy the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean at home. Combining a medley of briny clams, mussels, and tender prawns with a light tomato and white wine sauce, it creates a sophisticated meal that feels celebratory yet remains remarkably simple to prepare. The gentle heat from the chilli and the aromatic garlic provide a balanced backdrop to the delicate sweetness of the scallops and calamari.
As a high-protein dish, this pasta is both satisfying and nutritious, making it an excellent choice for a midweek treat or a relaxed weekend dinner with friends. Using shop-bought tomato sauce as a base allows the seafood to take centre stage while keeping the preparation time to a minimum. Serve with a crisp green salad and some crusty bread to soak up the delicious savoury juices.
