Chicken Burritos

These healthy chicken burritos offer a nutritious and vibrant take on a Mexican-inspired favourite. Combining lean chicken breast with fibre-rich black beans and a touch of spice, this high-protein dish is designed to satisfy without feeling heavy. The use of whole-wheat tortillas and fresh, shredded spinach adds a wholesome crunch, while the salsa and soured cream provide a cooling, zesty finish to every bite.

Ideal for a quick midweek dinner or a post-workout meal, this recipe is as practical as it is flavourful. The filling can be prepared in a single frying pan, making clean-up simple and keeping prep time to a minimum. Serve these burritos warm for a comforting family meal, or wrap them tightly in foil for a high-energy, homemade lunch on the go.
