Ingredients for Pan-Roasted Sizzling Prawns

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 12 large prawns, peeled, deveined

  • 1 red pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips

  • 1 fresh Anaheim chilli, seeded, cut into thin strips

  • 1/2 jalapeño chilli, cut lengthwise, seeded, cut into thin strips

  • 1/2 small onion, cut into thin strips (about 150g )

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin

  • Salt and pepper

How to make Pan-Roasted Sizzling Prawns

Remove from heat and garnish with:

Chopped fresh coriander

Serve hot over Lime-Scented Rice .
