Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing

This vibrant buttermilk green goddess dressing is a celebration of fresh spring herbs and creamy textures. A classic dairy-free addition to any vegetable-heavy meal, it combines the sharp tang of buttermilk with the savoury depth of anchovies and garlic. The mix of chives, flat-leaf parsley, and tarragon provides a beautiful emerald hue and a sophisticated botanical profile that works wonderfully during the warmer months.

Enjoy this versatile dressing drizzled over crisp gem lettuce hearts, roasted seasonal vegetables, or served as a sophisticated dip for a crudité platter at your next garden party. As the flavours intensify when left to rest, it is an excellent choice for preparing slightly ahead of time. This homemade sauce offers a much brighter, fresher alternative to shop-bought versions.
