Why this happens
Losartan (an ACE inhibitor) can increase sensitivity to insulin, which may enhance the blood-sugar-lowering effects of Rybelsus (semaglutide). Both medications can also influence blood pressure and kidney filtration.
What you should do
Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly, especially when starting or changing doses. Stay well-hydrated.
