Why this happens

Creon contains digestive enzymes that work locally in the gut to help break down food. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic medicine used to treat overactive bladder by relaxing the bladder muscles. Because they target different systems and are processed through different pathways in the body, they do not clash.

What you should do

You can safely take these two medicines together. It is usually best to take Creon with a meal or snack as directed, while solifenacin can be taken with or without food. If you notice any new or unusual symptoms, such as severe constipation, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
