El SOX9 gene provides instructions for making a protein that plays a critical role during embryonic development. The SOX9 protein is especially important for development of the skeleton and plays a key role in the determination of sex before birth. The SOX9 protein attaches (binds) to specific regions of DNA and regulates the activity of other genes, particularly those that control skeletal development and sex determination. On the basis of this action, the SOX9 protein is called a transcription factor.

Hemofilia
Hemofilia es a rare bleeding disorder that affects your ability to make a clot. The blood contains substances called clotting factors that work with platelets to form a clot. When you injure yourself the clot stops you bleeding. Haemophilia is a condition where there is a deficiency of clotting factors, so people with this condition usually have.

Leucemia linfoblástica aguda
What seems to happen is that certain vital genes cuál control how cells divide, multiply and die son damaged or altered. This makes the cell abnormal. If the abnormal cell survives it may multiply out of control and develop into a leukaemia. In most cases of ALL, the reason why an immature lymphocyte becomes abnormal is not known. There are.

Tuberculosis
Insufficient healthcare. AIDS (TB is common in people con AIDS). The number of people with active TB was at an all-time low in the UK in the early 1980s but the number of cases has since increased. This was probably due to a combination of factors. These include: An increase in poverty. If you or your family come from a country where TB is.

Pruebas de coagulación sanguínea are used to diagnose and assess bleeding problems and to monitor people who take warfarina u otro anticoagulante medicines. You may be advised to have blood clotting tests: If you have a suspected bleeding disorder. For example, if you bleed a lot after cuts, or if you bruise easily. If you have certain liver diseases that can.
