Why this happens
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that works primarily on the body's stress response system (the adrenal glands), while vitamin C is a water-soluble antioxidant. They do not share the same metabolic pathways in the liver, nor do they interfere with each other's absorption or excretion.
