There are no known significant interactions between pregabalin and vitamin D supplements. It is generally considered safe to take these two together.

Why this happens
Pregabalin and vitamin D are processed by the body using different pathways. Pregabalin is mainly removed from the body by the kidneys and does not interfere with the liver enzymes that process vitamin D. Furthermore, they do not have overlapping side effects that would cause concern.
