Pecan and Goat Cheese Marbles

These sophisticated pecan and goat cheese marbles offer a delightful contrast of textures and flavours, making them an ideal choice for your next gathering. The creamy, tangy goat cheese is subtly seasoned with woody rosemary and citrusy coriander seeds, then encased in a crunchy coating of toasted, salted pecans. Choosing high-quality ingredients is key here, as the simplicity of the recipe allows the earthy notes of the nuts and the sharpness of the cheese to really shine through.

As a versatile vegetarian appetiser, these bite-sized morsels are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. Each marble is served on a fresh parsley leaf, providing a vibrant pop of colour and a hit of herbal freshness that cuts through the richness of the cheese. They can be prepared ahead of time, allowing you to host with ease while offering a healthy, homemade snack that pairs perfectly with a crisp white wine.
