These elegant prosciutto and parmesan grissini offer a sophisticated twist on the classic Italian antipasto. By wrapping salty, dry-cured ham around crisp breadsticks and peppering them with fresh rocket, you create a beautiful balance of textures. The addition of a light butter coating and a dusting of sharp Parmesan adds a rich, savoury depth that elevates this simple snack into a dinner party favourite.
As a high-protein appetiser, this dish is as practical as it is delicious. The breadsticks can be assembled up to two hours in advance, making them an ideal choice for stress-free entertaining. Serve these stylish grissini in a tall glass to showcase the vibrant green rocket and delicate ham, providing a light yet satisfying start to any Mediterranean-inspired meal.
