450g lean turkey mince
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoons salt
4 slices lowfat pepper Jack cheese
4 whole-grain English muffins
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon nonfat soured cream
3/4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1/8 teaspoons salt
How to make Cajun Turkey Cheeseburgers With Tabasco Ketchup
Preheat grill, indoor grill pan, or heavy frying pan to medium high. Coat a medium-sized pan with cooking spray. Sauté peppers 20 minutes over medium low.
