Diagnosis, medication and follow-up
Care can include diagnosis, medication where appropriate and ongoing medication reviews. Prescriptions are issued on the NHS; the usual NHS prescription charge may apply unless you are exempt.
After six months, the clinic will request a shared care agreement with your GP. If your GP declines, the clinic will continue medication reviews and prescribing without an extra clinic fee. NHS prescription charges may still apply.
Before you ask for a referral
