This vibrant mixed fruit smoothie is a refreshing way to start your morning or recharge after a workout. Combining the seasonal sweetness of ripe peaches and strawberries with the zesty brightness of grapefruit and orange, it offers a beautifully balanced flavour profile. The addition of a frozen banana ensures a thick, velvety texture, while a touch of agave syrup highlights the natural sugars of the citrus fruits.
As a nutritious vegetarian snack, this recipe is packed with vitamin C and probiotics from the creamy whole-milk yogurt. It is incredibly versatile; you can easily swap the agave for honey or use a plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free alternative. Serve this chilled in a tall glass for a quick, homemade breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.
