Ingredients for Big-batch parmesan polenta

  • 15 ml kosher salt

  • 360 g polenta (coarse cornmeal)

  • 150 g finely grated parmesan

  • 5 ml freshly ground black pepper

How to make Big-batch parmesan polenta

  1. Bring 2.1 litres of water to a boil in a medium pot over high heat.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and reduce the heat to medium-low.

  3. Stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, gradually pour in the polenta.
