This spiced pumpkin seed and cashew crunch is a versatile savoury snack that perfectly balances warmth and texture. Flavoured with aromatic garam masala and a hint of cayenne pepper, the combination of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and buttery cashews creates a satisfying bite. The agave syrup adds a subtle sweetness that helps the spices cling to the seeds, resulting in a beautifully glazed, golden finish that is difficult to resist.
Ideal for healthy afternoon grazing, this bake also makes a nutritious topping for autumn soups or fresh summer salads. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a protein-rich, homemade alternative to shop-bought crisps. You can easily prepare a batch in advance to keep in your pantry, ensuring you always have a flavourful, crunchy garnish or snack ready whenever you need it.
