This vibrant mango pomegranate guacamole offers a colourful and contemporary twist on the classic Mexican dip. By combining creamy avocado with the burst of tart pomegranate seeds and the tropical sweetness of ripe mango, it creates a sophisticated balance of flavours. The addition of fresh serrano chillies provides a gentle heat that cuts through the richness, making it a refreshing choice for summer entertaining or a light vegan snack.
As a versatile plant-based dish, this guacamole is naturally gluten-free and packed with healthy fats and antioxidants. While traditional tortilla chips are a fine choice, serving this with salty plantain crisps elevates the experience with an authentic Caribbean flair. It is the perfect centrepiece for a sharing platter or a zesty topping for toasted sourdough.
