This vibrant green juice with baobab powder is a refreshing way to incorporate more nutrient-dense vegetables into your daily routine. Combining the crisp sweetness of green apples with the aniseed notes of fennel and the subtle heat of fresh ginger, it offers a sophisticated flavour profile that is far from your average health drink. The addition of lemongrass provides a bright, citrusy aroma that perfectly complements the earthy cabbage and celery base.
As a versatile vegan beverage, this juice is excellent for those looking for a clean, plant-based boost. Baobab powder is a fantastic optional addition, providing a delicate tang and a wealth of antioxidants. Serve this chilled as an invigorating breakfast accompaniment or as a hydrating mid-afternoon pick-me-up to sustain your energy levels throughout the day.
