Ingredients for Ginger Carrot Dip with Crudites

  • 120ml mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoons Asian sesame oil

  • 5 medium carrots, coarsely chopped

  • 40g chopped peeled ginger

  • 2 spring onions, coarsely chopped

How to make Ginger Carrot Dip with Crudites
