This elegant steamed lobster with charmoula butter is a magnificent way to enjoy fresh seafood with a vibrant, North African twist. By steaming the lobsters, you ensure the meat remains succulent and tender, providing a delicate canvas for the bold aromatics of the spiced butter. The combination of earthy cumin, smoked paprika, and fresh coriander adds a sophisticated depth of flavour that elevates this naturally gluten-free dish into a truly memorable feast.

As a diabetes-friendly option, this recipe focuses on high-quality protein and savoury fats without the need for heavy sauces or refined carbohydrates. It makes a wonderful centrepiece for a special occasion or a refined weekend dinner. Serve the lobsters simply with a crisp green salad or some steamed seasonal greens to keep the meal light, nutritious, and perfectly balanced.
