Why this happens
Levothyroxine replaces thyroid hormone, which helps regulate your metabolism and heart rate. Losartan is used to lower blood pressure. If your thyroid levels are too high or too low, it can naturally change your blood pressure, which might make it seem like the losartan is working differently.
What you should do

It is usually best to take levothyroxine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, at least 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast or other medications like losartan. If you have recently started levothyroxine or changed your dose, you should monitor your blood pressure regularly and inform your doctor if you notice any significant changes.
