There are no known significant interactions between inositol and methotrexate. Inositol is a type of sugar naturally found in the body and various foods, and it does not appear to interfere with how methotrexate works or how it is cleared from the body.

Why this happens
Inositol does not use the same metabolic pathways or transport systems as methotrexate. It also does not affect the folate (folic acid) pathways that methotrexate targets to treat conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis.
What you should do
