Can I take Inositol and Methotrexate together?

Why this happens

Inositol does not use the same metabolic pathways or transport systems as methotrexate. It also does not affect the folate (folic acid) pathways that methotrexate targets to treat conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis.

It is generally considered safe to take these two together. However, always inform your doctor or pharmacist about any supplements you are taking, as they may want to monitor your liver function or blood counts more closely when you start a new regimen alongside methotrexate.
