Why this happens
Creatine is a supplement used for muscle energy, and propranolol is a beta-blocker used for heart conditions, anxiety, or migraines. They are processed by the body through different pathways and do not interfere with how the other is absorbed or broken down. Symptoms of high potassium can include muscle weakness, tingling sensations, or palpitations, but often there are no symptoms until the level is very high.
