There is no known harmful interaction between Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and Vitamin D3. In fact, taking them together may be beneficial as both are fat-soluble substances.

Both CoQ10 and Vitamin D3 require dietary fat to be absorbed properly by the body.
