Why this happens
Clopidogrel and metformin are processed by different pathways in the body. Clopidogrel is a blood thinner (antiplatelet) that works on blood cells, while metformin works on the liver and muscles to lower blood sugar. They do not interfere with each other's absorption, metabolism, or effectiveness.
