Can I take Betahistine and Cinnarizine dimenhydrinate together?

Why this happens

Betahistine works by mimicking a natural chemical called histamine to improve blood flow in the ear. Cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate are antihistamines, which block the effects of histamine. Because they work in opposite ways, they can cancel each other out.

You should avoid taking these medicines at the same time. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist about which treatment is best for your balance or vertigo symptoms, as taking both together is usually not recommended.
