Can I take Accrete d3 and Perfectil together?

Why this happens

Both products contain Vitamin D and Calcium. Accrete D3 is a high-dose supplement (usually 1000mg Calcium / 880 units Vitamin D), and Perfectil also contains these ingredients. Taking them together creates an 'additive effect', meaning the doses add up and may exceed the safe daily limit.

You should speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking these together. They may advise you to stop the Perfectil or switch to a different multivitamin that does not contain extra calcium and Vitamin D, especially if you have a history of kidney stones or kidney problems.
