Accrete D3 (calcium and vitamin D3) and Femara (letrozole) do not have a harmful interaction. In fact, they are often prescribed together because Femara can cause bone thinning (osteoporosis), and Accrete D3 helps to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures.

Why this happens
Femara works by lowering oestrogen levels, which can lead to a loss of bone mineral density. Accrete D3 provides the essential building blocks (calcium and vitamin D) to help maintain bone health during this treatment. There are no known issues with how these medicines are absorbed or processed by the body when taken together.
What you should do
