Why this happens
Both medicines can lower blood pressure through different methods. Lacidipine relaxes blood vessels, while aspirin can affect blood flow and kidney function. Additionally, aspirin can irritate the stomach lining, and while lacidipine doesn't directly cause ulcers, the way it affects blood flow can sometimes make the stomach more sensitive to aspirin's effects.
What you should do

If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint (especially when standing up), speak to your doctor. You should also seek medical advice if you notice any signs of stomach irritation, such as persistent indigestion, stomach pain, or dark, tarry stools.
