Can I take 500 and Monomil together?

Why this happens

Both medicines work by widening your blood vessels (vasodilation) to lower blood pressure or treat chest pain. When used together, their effects add up, which can lead to an excessive drop in blood pressure.

You should speak to your doctor before taking these together. If your doctor has prescribed both, be careful when moving from a sitting or lying position to standing up. It is best to avoid or strictly limit alcohol, as alcohol also widens blood vessels and will make the dizziness much worse. If you feel very dizzy or faint, sit or lie down immediately.
