There is no known interaction between paracetamol and Oestrogel. However, both substances are processed by the liver. Taking them together does not change how well either medicine works, but you must be careful with alcohol consumption.

Why this happens
Paracetamol and Oestrogel (estradiol) are broken down by different pathways in the liver. There is no evidence that they interfere with each other's absorption or effectiveness.
What you should do

However, because both paracetamol and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can put pressure on the liver, it is best to avoid or strictly limit alcohol while using these treatments to prevent liver strain. Additionally, while Medikinet is active, it may be harder for you to fall asleep, even after taking Zopiclone. In some cases, mixing stimulants and sedatives can lead to unpredictable effects on your coordination, heart rate, or mental state (such as feeling confused or agitated).
