Ingredients for Crawfish salad
120 g crab claw meat, bits removed
480 g boiled crawfish tails
225 g boiled, peeled prawns
2 large celery stalks, sliced
30 g pepper, deseeded
5 g salt
0.5 g ground black pepper
120 g mayonnaise
45 ml lemon juice
pinch of cayenne pepper
How to make Crawfish salad
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
